2. Power of attorney
3. Note of Employment
4. Annual Financial Report
5. Company’s Memorandum Of Association
6. Company’s Registration
7. List of shareholders

All of the above documents are to be certified by the notary public

8. Map of the proposed branch’s location
9. Passport of the applicant
10. Minimum ten-page letter to Thai Government explaining in detail of the company’s operations and reasons to set up a representative office
