Documents needed in applying for a marriage visa.

From foreign spouse:

1. Certificate of Marital Status stating that the foreigner is single from his/her country and endorsed by the embassy of the applicant
2. Applicant's Passport

From Thai spouse:

1. Identification card
2. If the Thai partner is divorced, he/she must have the document from the district office confirming the divorce
3. Thai birth certificate
4. House Registration document (Tabien Baan)
5. If the Thai partner is divorced, he/she must have the document from the district office confirming the divorce
